Cameron Qualifies for U20 Euro Juniors

Sunday 21st May 2017 Cameron Tindle was  competing at Loughborough International Match today in the GB Juniors vest. His selection saw him race in the 4 x 100 relay and then the Men’s 200m. TLJT at East Districts East Districts is a Scottish Athletics annual event which allows athletes to compete on the track against those of the same age. It was held at Grangemouth on the evening of Friday 12th May and Saturday 13th May. Our Indoor Scottish Masters

Two of the club coaches had medal success recently on the indoor track scene. John Steede and Tommy Finkle were in action at the Scottish Athletics Masters Indoor Champs at Emirates Arena in Glasgow. Borders XC

Congratulations to our athletes who completed the Borders XC series this winter. Fraser Qualifies for English Schools

Middle distance athlete Fraser Gorvett traveled to Cumbria recently to take part in the North of England Inter Counties Schools XC.   He ran in the 7.1K cross country race for Senior Boys. Fraser came 23rd in a field of over 50 runners and in doing so was 3rd in his county of Northumberland.  This means that he qualifies for the National English Schools at the Norfolk County Showground, Norwich in March. The 148th New Year Sprint

TLJT had a strong showing of athletes at the 148th New Year Sprint events. The preliminaries were held at Meadowmill track on Friday 30th December 2016.
